How therapy works
Therapy is collaborative and personal. Online appointments are 55 minutes and shaped around your needs and goals. Some people find that a few sessions provide the clarity they need, while others appreciate having a consistent space to return to over time.
Our approach
Our approach is collaborative and compassionate, rooted in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mind-body approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Just as important, therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are met with respect and compassion.
Pricing and payment
Healthcare can feel complicated, expensive, and difficult to plan for. We use simple per-visit pricing that is paid at the time of your appointment to help make care more transparent and predictable.
In many cases, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) can be used for reimbursement, and some insurance companies may reimburse out-of-network visits.
When other care may be helpful
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and sometimes another type or level of care may be a better fit. If additional support, local services, or a different treatment approach would be more helpful, we can help guide you toward appropriate care and resources. If you are experiencing an emergency or need immediate support, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 for free, confidential emotional support.
