How It Works

We offer telemedicine to patients located in California. Our telemedicine visits are designed to be thoughtful and flexible. You can expect:

  • Space to talk through symptoms, concerns, or health goals
  • Follow-up visits available as needed
  • Coordination with other providers (with your consent)
  • Time to ask questions and consider options

We encourage all patients to have a local primary care provider for routine checkups and in-person needs.

When We Recommend Other Care

Some concerns are better addressed in person or through long-term follow-up. If we’re not the right fit for your current needs, we’ll help point you in the right direction.

We do not provide:

  • Urgent or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please dial 911 or seek care at an emergency room or urgent care provider.
  • Prescribe controlled substances (i.e., Stimulants, Opioids, Benzodiazepines)
  • Substance abuse treatment
  • Treat severe or high-risk mental health conditions
  • Prenatal or Obstetric care
  • Manage chronic conditions that require physical exams or close monitoring
  • Sports physicals that require an in person exam

For your safety, we recommend calling 911 or seeking emergency care immediately if you’re experiencing: Chest pain or shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, high fever with a stiff neck or confusion, fainting, dizziness, or sudden weakness, serious injuries, cuts, or burns, signs of infection that are worsening (e.g., spreading redness, swelling, or fever), uncontrolled bleeding, or any other medical condition that may require immediate attention.
