What We Support

Reaching out for therapy often comes during times of stress, change, or uncertainty. Our goal is to meet you where you are and support you in ways that feel meaningful.

We specialize in concerns such as:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Burnout, including healthcare-related stress
  • Depression and low mood
  • Grief, loss, and trauma
  • Ongoing distress around chronic pain or other medical conditions
  • Exploring identity or life transitions
  • Fertility journeys and parenthood
  • Women's health

How It Works

Therapy is collaborative and personal. Online appointments are 55-minutes and shaped around your needs and goals. Some people find that just a few sessions provide the clarity they need, while others appreciate having a consistent space to return to over time.

Care can take different forms depending on what feels most helpful, for example:

  • assessments and consultations (1-3 appointments);
  • solution-focused for time-sensitive concerns (6-12 appointments);
  • structured goal-directed practices with at-home exercises (12-24 appointments)
  • ongoing supportive therapy (varies)

Our approach is collaborative and compassionate, rooted in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mind-Body approaches, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Just as important, we provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where your experiences are met with respect and compassion.

Pricing

The fee for psychological services is $250 per 55-minute appointment.

This practice is not in-network with insurance, which means payment is made at the time of your visit. Some people choose to use out-of-network benefits and may be able to receive reimbursement, depending on their plan. You can find more details about insurance, reimbursement, and payment options in our FAQ.

When Other Care may be Helpful

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and sometimes another type of care may be a better fit. If your needs would be better met by a different provider or a higher level of care (i.e., inpatient or intensive programs, or a mental health concern we do not cover), referrals and guidance can be provided to help you find appropriate support.
